I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids.
This year I am honoring a little girl by the name of Kennedy. In 2004 at a young 13months she was diagnosed with Stage IV Hepatoblastoma which is a rare liver cancer. Kennedy immediately started aggressive chemotherapy, had fifty some procedures, radiation and then in December had 80% of her liver re-sectioned. Five weeks after surgery, we were told the cancer was back. Kennedy fought hard but one complication led to another. Kennedy sadly lost her fight to this disease on May 2, 2005. You can read more about this sweet girl here - https://www.stbaldricks.org/kids/mypage/1169
When you make your donations, please think of Kennedy and all these kids! Together we can all make a difference and fight cancer!
Thank you!
