I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hello my Friends!

I am having my head shaved:

~ In memory of my friend Angie, who passed away from cancer in 1986. 12 years is not long enough for a sweet, friendly, cheerleading girl to have on this earth.

~ To heal this part of my 12 year old heart.

~ In honour of my friend Matt, who has triumphed over leukemia. I am blessed every day that I get to have him in my life!

~ In memory of my Nana Ruth, who passed away from leukemia. She is still with me every single day.

~ To stand in solidarity with kids dealing with cancer. May they know that they are never alone.

I am taking this opportunity to put myself in someone else's shoes; to experience life in a way I wouldn't otherwise. These are the moments which show us who we really are. These are the moments which push our limits. These are the moments which allow us to grow in ways we never thought possible.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation

This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you and Namaste!
