Hey Everyone, I am going to shave my head on March 19th to help raise money for pediatric cancer research. It is a fun event and any donation, no matter how small, is appreciated; it will certainly be put to good use (see stats below) Click on the "Home" link to find out more about St. Baldrick's and the grants they fund. Matt Advances are being made. Over the past 20 years survival rates have increased significantly: Chronic Myeloblastic Leukemia, from 0 to 74.5% Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, from 30.5% to 52.1% Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia, from 15.2% to 45.1% Hodgkin's Lymphoma, from 80.4% to 93.4% Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, from 55.6% to 76.2% Source: Cancer. 2009 Nov 1;115(21):4973-9.
