I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Michael's Team

Later this week Caleb (my 8-year-old son) and I are participating in the annual St. Baldrick’s “Shaving the Way to Conquer Kids’ Cancer”. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation (SBF) was founded on March 17, 2000 when 20 men decided to raise $17,000 dollars to help support kids within their community that were diagnosed with cancer. Over the years this simple idea took off and in 2010 SBF raised $21,593,682 to help fund and support those in need! I would like to ask you to sponsor Caleb or I as we raise money for this worthwhile charity. As a father, and a Christian, I think it’s important that I pass along the importance of giving to my children. Every day I try to instill these values into my son and every day I feel that I make minor steps towards this goal. My hope is that this outward demonstration of our faith and support continue build this character trait within my son.p>
