Please help me to raise money for Violet Kate. She is an adorable little one year old girl with a Hepatoblastoma. She spent her first birthday party in the Pediatric ICU at Duke Children's Hospital only a week after her tumor was first noticed, missing out on her first birthday party :(. I empathize with her position because when I was 9 years old, my mom died of breast cancer, so this is a very big deal to me. I also play for the Carolina Railhawks, and the first 25 people to show up to this event at noon at LoneRider Brewery and donate $20 to my team will be given a free ticket to the Carolina Railhawks home opener on April 9th! I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
