I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

On Sunday, March 27, 2011, I will be having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer. Shaving my head is only a symbolic gesture. All the “shavees” are collecting donations for childhood cancer research. I have known many cancer patients over the years (first one being my wife’s grandmother) so this is close to the heart for me. I will share before and after pictures for everyone to enjoy and laugh. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Your support is for the kids, not me. To make your donation, click on the link below. Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/participantid/438535 Thanks everyone, Dave

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
