I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Intelligent Automation

When I was young, I had very long, thick hair. Happily, I've been able to keep a full head of hair as I've gotten older. Many people I grew up with haven't been as lucky... for some, it's something they may feel a little self-conscious about. If a grown man or woman feels self-conscious about thinning hair, imagine how it must feel to be a child who loses his or her hair while undergoing treatment for cancer. At a time when a child needs to feel as strong as possible, hair loss can be a constant reminder and an outward sign of his or her illness.

Why am I telling you this?

Because on March 12th at Fado Irish Pub in Washington DC, I'm shaving my head to help raise money for children's cancer research and to show solidarity with the children who have lost their hair fighting this horrible illness.

Please help me show these kids that bald is beautiful... or at least, that things could be worse - they could look like me with no hair.
