I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Time flies! This is my fourth year shaving my head to raise funds for the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Last year, I spent a few precious hours of my weekend home with the family to participate. This year, I am fortunate to be working in the Triangle area again. These are challenging times for all of us, any one of us could lose our jobs and be facing massive debt and medical bills. I've been fortunate and blessed with two very healthy kids. Others are facing a much harder battle. This year I'm participating in honor of two lovely little girls, "Miracle" Maura, who was diagnosed some years back as a baby and is in remission, and Violet Kate who was recently diagnosed and spent her first birthday in treatment. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is surpassed only by the government in funding research specifically aimed at treating cancer in children. Please join me in supporting this valuable research to eradicate cancer in children. I realize as much as anyone that times are tough. Let's remember that things could be much worse, and do something to help them better. Thanks, Paul
