I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald and Beautiful!

I lost a wonderful friend just a month ago when she lost her battle with cancer. Elva Mae was introduced to my life seven years ago when my sister started dating her youngest son. She became part of my family when they married. Over the subsequent years, she was a pillar of support and love, mostly when my own mother passed away. Although she was not diagnosed with cancer as a child, she experienced a roller-coaster ride associated with the disease, within a year, to a dire end. Please help in donating as much as you can in the memory of Elva Mae Hedges.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
