I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hello my name is Brady Casson. I am a 22 year old firefighter/paramedic with the Cottonwood Fire Department. I have decided to participate with St. Baldrick's as a "shavee" this year for a number of reasons. First I have heard countless positive things about the organization from coworkers who have participated in the past and I want to be a part of such a great cause. This year also marks the 3rd anniversary of the passing of one of my close childhood friends who suffered from brain cancer. Finally cancer has hit close to home taking the life of my beloved Grandmother who succumbed to lung cancer and put my Aunt through a tough fight with breast cancer. I am hoping to raise at least $500 for childhood cancer research in honor of friends and family who have had battles with cancer. In support of those who won their battle and in memory of those who passed.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
