I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Yep, I'm shaving my head again in 2011 in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment. Last year we set a goal to raise $1,000 to help fund critical childhood cancer research. You went above and beyond and contributed $1,400!! Thank you so very much!! As a dad that has been blessed with two great kids, I can't think of anything more worthwhile.

But you said that just shaving my head wasn't enough this year. So, to make it more interesting, I'll be dying my hair the week before it is shaved off. What color is up to you. For every dollar you pledge to sponsor me, you get a vote for the color of your choice. Here are the color options: Guilford maroon, Duke blue, NC State red, Appalachian State (and Wake Forest) gold, ECU purple, Clemson orange, UNCC green and, yes, Carolina blue. Just let me know what color you want to see me dye my hair and stay tuned!

Thank you so much for your support and donations. Together, we can really make a difference in the lives of some very special kids.
