I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Benfield

Friends and co-workers, Last week my brother Guy came home on leave from the Army (training as a field medic) to see his new baby girl, Sophia, for the first time. He was not feeling well, having a rough time breathing, so he went in to se the doctor. Guy was diagnosed with cancer last Monday(3/3/2008) and today(3/10/2008) he will start on chemotherapy. The cancer is in stage 3. They tell us the success rate with treatment is about 2/3rds. So, to show my support for my "little" brother, I will be shaving my head. UPDATE: Another round of Chemo starts on April 1st for Guy. Doing good considering and still maintaining a positive attitude. We had guy and Lisa & baby Sophia over for Dinner on Friday and played a few games after. The Shaving has taken place! The after picture coming soon...
