I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I HATE CANCER! Cancer is a curse word to me. But what I hate even more than cancer is when it affects a child. No child should ever have to be put through that pain and suffering. I am shaving my head to 1. raise funds to help find a cure and 2. to show my solidarity with these kids who lose their hair due to treatment. I want to show them that they are not alone and that there are people who care.
I would also like to add that I am doing this in memory of Alex Scott (the founder of Alex's Lemonade Stand) and Lyssa Rauch.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
