I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Jen's Ducks

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Jen's Ducks

This will be my 7th year shaving my head for the St Baldrick's Foundation. In years past I have actively participated and spoke optimistically of the progress made in the war against pediatric cancer. This year's event will occur 3 days after what should have been my loving daughter Jennifer's 21st birthday. Despite a 6 year battle and a dynamic spirit, she made the ultimate sacrifice in this war against a ruthless enemy. Many other children have given their lives as well. These tragic losses are a reminder that there is still much work to be done.

Please support me with your donations big or small to help fund the research needed to find an answer and bring an end to this evil disease that preys on children. This year instead of Jennifer shaving my head, I must sadly have my head shaved in her loving memory.

While the St Baldrick's events are always a great experience and alot of fun, its easy to lose sight of the seriousness of their mission. We have to win this war and put an end to pediatric Cancer...Now!
