I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

My name is Patrick and I am 12 years old. I think cancer stinks. Friends of our family lost their daughter to cancer when she was only a teenager. Her name was Jennifer Lynne Kennedy. She had osteoscarcoma. I know her family now, and I think they are great. My sister thinks they are her "second parents". They are becoming my second family too! My grandmother died before I was born ,from lymphoma. My sister called her Grammy. Her name was Margaret Martyn Gerber. I wish I got a chance to meet her. I hope that I can help to find a cure for cancer and stop it. It isn't easy to shave all my hair off, but I am lucky to be healthy, and hope I can help!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
