I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Green Drakkoman's Team

Hi my name is Ben Olsen and I am great friends with the Stowell family. Ben was 9 years old when he was taken from his loving mom,dad and twin brother James. I miss Ben very much, but I know he is watching over me and everyone else he knew, cared for and loved. Ben was a very brave and never complained even when he had the right to. He had a saying and lived up to it until the day he passed away. It was- REMEMBER:FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE.I have been doing that and hope others have been too. Cousin Betyy said something I will never forget. she told us to say this saying and finish it with whatever we felt . "BECAUSE OF BEN....."Mine is BECAUSE OF BEN I KNOW WHAT BEING A TRUE FRIEND IS AND HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HELP OTHERS AND TO ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE. I have donated money from my own savings account and plan on volunteering at the event(I wasn't going to shave my head but changed my mind after talking to James tonight at Gilda's club, I am NOW GOING TO SHAVE MY HEAD) I hope you will donate to my name in memory of Ben Stowell and help raise money for The Green Drakkoman team and to help find a cure for this awful disease. Thanks for helping me and this great cause.
