A huge thank you goes out to my family and friends for helping make this such a success for not just myself, but everyone that organized this event at Helen Fitzgeralds.
It was amazing to see so many people with one common goal. Equally amazing was the fact that everyone helped me surpass my goal of $1000.00. In just under 2 weeks, I was able to raise just under $1200.00 for childrens cancer research.
Thanks so much to those who donated, those who came out to support this foundation and those who simply told me what I was doing was great!

31 and going bald...
This is something that I've said I would do for a couple of years, but have always been to scared to do so. With the encouragement of friends and family I've finally agreed to participate.
Already knowing this is a GREAT organization, I signed up for St. Baldricks and immediately began looking for a child to honor. I found two children to honor, both had a story that touched my heart for different reasons, and if you have the time please click on their links below to read about them, as I will shave my head to honor them.
I believe that everyone has or had someone that is close to their family who has been diagnosed with cancer and I'm no different.
I'm thankful everyday for the research of childhood cancer and it's efforts to defeat this disease.
I'd like to thank everyone in advance for their support, and if anyone can make it out to watch me go bald, I'd love to see you all at Helens on March 6th.
Please follow the "MAKE A DONATION" link at the top of the page to make a donation online, or if you would like to donate with cash or a check, I can provide you with a donation form.
