I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: TeamBrent

You heard it right - I'm shaving my head in solidarity with cancer stricken children who typically lose their hair during treatment, and to raise critical funds for childhood cancer research. I vividly recall watching my little cousin, Cameron, who was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (Stage B) , battle for his life at the tender age of 2 years old. He had “tennis ball” sized tumors in his liver, pancreas, and spine. The doctors told us he had less than 6 months to live. Though completely devastated, we continued to place our trust and faith in God. God heard our prayers and Cameron miraculously made a complete recovery and remained cancer free for 10 years! His strength, faith, and amazing recovery inspired hundreds. Unfortunately many children that battle cancer do not have the happy ending that Cameron had. In the US alone, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure. To make a donation, click on "Make A Donation" or donate by mail or phone. Thank you for your support!
