I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tulane Pediatrics

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tulane Pediatrics

While you might think that removing the 1/4 inch of hair that I have is not that big of a deal, it is with a certain amount of reluctance that I do this. However, I was presented with an offer that I could not refuse. My wife, Ilana, is a member of the Tulane Pediatrics faculty and is a big supporter of the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Ilana told me, in no uncertain terms, that one of us was going to participate in this event, and I decided, all things considered, I would rather it be me. While I do not personally know any children who have had to deal with childhood cancer, I am also doing this for my seven year old daughter, Abigail, with the hope that she never has to face such a diagnosis and with the knowledge that if she ever did, that people who had never known her would volunteer to raise money for her. Please pledge what you can. Regards, Stu Richeson
