I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Baldilocks and the bares

This is my fourth year in a row shaving my head in solidarity for children with cancer. I am looking forward to making a big difference in the life of a child again this year. I thank you for checking us out and hope that you will consider making a donation. Each donation no matter what the amount would make a world of change to a child that needs to go through multiple surgeries and spend months in a hospital instead of at home with family and friends. My four year old Nephew Jack has been through more surgeries and spent more time in hospitals than all of the members of my family combined. He is one of the bravest people that I have ever had the pleasure to know. And this year he finally got a glimmer of hope. One of the many tumors that are on his brain and spine has decreased in size. It is nothing short of a miracle however he still has a long way to go. One in five children diagnosed with Cancer will not survive and many who do will suffer long-term side effects. In the last five decades, extensive progress has been made. In the 1960’s a s child with cancer had a 10% chance of survival – today, a child’s chances have risen to 78%, but cancer still kills more children in the U.S. than any other disease. Thank you, Sean J.
