I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tillie's Bald Monkeys

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tillie's Bald Monkeys

Tillie is our beautiful six year old daughter who was diagnosed with relapse Leukemia (ALL) in November 09. She will be in treatment throughout 2010. Tillie has managed the chemo side effects relatively well but is most upset about missing kindergarten! Tillie is rough and tough with all this chemo stuff. She was originally diagnosed with ALL in July 05 at only 20 months. Her brother, Jared, was only 2 months old. Tillie is a fighter and will do everything in her power to beat this disease. Pete Dunbar, my great and true friend since college days, has doggedly decided to lead this fund raising project with St. Baldrick's to fight childhood cancer. On March 12 in Indianapolis we will shave our heads in solidarity with Tillie. Jared, now four, also plans to shave his head! However, Sue is still on the fence! Please take a moment to make a donation to St. Baldrick's Foundation whose sole mission is to fund research into improving treatment and cures for childhood cancers.
