I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 46 Mommas Shave for the Brave

It's hard to think about a baby having cancer but it happens more then you think. I had the perfect baby girl, Marissa, she was born July 8, 08. She was always happy and smiling. She was my life. Just a couple weeks after Marissa's first birthday she started getting sick. On July 31, 09 we found out Marissa had a brain tumor. Aug. 5 found out it was cancer, Medulloblastoma. She fought hard with everything she had but on Sept. 6 it was just to much for her. She became an angel and went to be with the Lord. I miss her more then anything. So everything I do I do for her. After everything I've been through now shaving my head should be easy. And it's for a get reason, to raise awareness and money to help find a cure. It's just hair it will go back but I can't ever get Marissa back.
