I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

The Setup - I'm shaving my head in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research! I know, not much of a stretch for a balding old man like me. Now an unfortunate statistic--In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. The Pitch --Donations support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure. If you would like to make a donation, click on "Donate Online" or "Donate by mail or phone." I've set a modest goal considering I don't have that much hair to lose. The Clincher--And come out to Crystal City Sports Pub on 04/11/2009 for the event. Thank you for your support!
