I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Towers Perrin

It's that time of year again. The snow is melting. The air is getting a little warmer. And animals all around are beginning to shed their winter coats. Well, count me among those animals! For the second year in a row, I will be shaving my head to support kids with cancer, courtesy of the St. Baldrick's Foundation! You heard it right - I'm shaving my head in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research! In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. My office is holding a shaving event next Friday (March 13) where 13 people (including 1 woman) will be shaving their heads. The majority of us will be getting "creative" cuts. I'm personally lobbying for either spikes or a double-mohawk, but ultimately, my co-workers will decide. I promise to share pictures for your amusement! I was originally only going to send pictures to those who contributed, but I didn't think that'd be fair. Just know that if you don't contribute and you see the picture, it's like you're stealing from a child with cancer. Good luck living with that. And so, please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.
