I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: A.J. Renner & Associates aka Team Alicia!!!!

Hey Everyone, Iam back again this year along with Patrick and Johnny. As most you know my daughter Alicia was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer in May of 2007. Since then she has gone through 6 rounds of chemo, 31 rounds of radiation and high dose chemo and a stem cell transplant. Alicia was not able to attend last year because she was hospitalized with the high dose chemo. This year she is out of treatment and will be able to partake in the festivities. She has also gotten her school to participate, on March 17th at Lane Tech some of her friends will shave their heads in support of St Baldricks. To learn more about Alicia's story, click here . The good news is that Alicia is doing much better. She has been out of treatment since last April. She still goes to for check-ups at least once a month and has scans every three months to make sure the cancer has not returned. The protocols that made this possible were due to cancer research. Please support St Baldricks so that we can find a cure for cancer and no other child has to endure what Alicia and other children with cancer have to go through
