I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Mike T's Team (THD)

As a former US Marine, having my head shaved is nothing new to me, but doing it for reasons that will benefit others is. In August, my sister had her first baby -- my first niece, and it got me to thinking about how awful it would be if something were to happen to her. Something like cancer can and does happen to people all the time, but there is much that can be done about it. I believe it is possible to find a cure but unfortunately that research takes a lot of money. There are also treatments that can help, but these too cost money. So, if you've been blessed with good health and sufficient income, please consider donating something to help us raise money for children's cancer research. I will be personally matching every dollar raised in my name up to $251.00. My matching funds will be donated in my friend's name as his employer is matching his fundraising as well. Just think about it... You give 20 dollars, and it becomes 60 dollars going to work for children's cancer research. Doesn't that make you feel good?
