I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This past year has been a trying experience for a family we are very close too. Their son, Alex, was diagnosed with Leukemia. My son, Ryder is good friends with Alex, and it has been awfully tough thinking about how much of an impact cancer can have on your family. You can actually learn more about his story here: http://caringbridge.org/cb/inputSiteName.do?method=search&siteName=alexkron. Watching Alex and his family's brave battle has been inspiring. In the past, I have had acquaintances partake in this event, and with the events surrounding our friend, I thought it was my time to volunteer. In all of my year's of swimming, I never actually shaved my head (pretty close to it, but never completely), so this will be a 1st! I am hoping it makes me look a little skinnier. So help me by donating to this worthy cause. Please also feel free to send this link out to your family & friends. The more the merrier!
