I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Mr. Sprinkler Heads

Hello Everyone, My name is Adam Andresen. I am volunteering to shave my head for the benefit of Cancer Research along with the Saint Baldricks Foundation on March 29 2008. Everyone knows someone who is struggling with Cancer, or has struggled with the disease in some way shape or form. Cancer is a deadly disease that has killed far too many people, including my cousin. It is important for us to stand up and make a difference in our communities in everyway possible. Alice was a loving and dear cousin to my family and I. She meant the world to all of us. She fought the battle with Ewing Sarcoma for 3 years and went through chemo therapy multiple times until she passed away on March 5th 2007. She was an inspiration to me and changed my life. We know that she is in a better place now. The time she spent in this world made an impact and changed the lives of so many people. That became very obvious when the time came for the ceremonies. Alice continues to be an inspiration in my life everyday. She lived each day to its fullest. I hope that someday I can change the lives of so many people, just as Alice did. God Bless you Alice, we know your in a better place. After she passed away, I have thought about ways that I can raise money for Cancer. Saint Baldricks is a great organization that is raising millions to benefit cancer research in every different way. I would like to do my part and raise a minimum of 1000 dollars for the foundation. I am doing this along with the crew and Mr. Sprinkler Fire Protection. As a company we plan to raise at least 6000 dollars. Feel Free to visit the web page for Alice at: www.araizanation.com Please feel free to donate using the instructions provided. Thank you very much for your time. Adam Andresen
