I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Mike T's Team (THD)

It's happening again! I've decided that after the generous support received last year, I'm donate my head to be shaved again! I can't believe that it's been a year already but low and behold, here we are! All kidding aside, I was lucky enough to have the support of friends, family, co-workers, and complete strangers in the fundraiser last year. I've only personally known one child with cancer and he died when we were in Middle School. Death was so different at that time and age that I didn't really grasp the situation and realize the tragedy of the situation. As an adult, I've lived long enough to realize the value of life and what it means to lose a life at such a tender age. I've lost plenty of friends and family members to cancer that donating my head for this fundraiser was the least I could do. For those of you that do not know, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. If you'd like to donate to this cause, please click on the link and make a donation in my name. Please feel free to forward this message to your friends and hopefully we'll see everyone on March 15th at Front Page News!
