I trimmed to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Drew's Crew

I trimmed to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Drew's Crew

Most people that know me know about my sweet, amazing former student, Drew. Drew has been a warrior and a fighter, facing a relentless brain cancer, over and over again.  I was lucky enough to be his 2nd grade teacher and have watched him FIGHT HARD several times. Our Drew is now 12 years old. He recently was diagnosed yet AGAIN, facing cancer for the 5th time.

I will be raising money in memory of our dear friend, Jackson, who was taken much too soon, and in honor of our Drew.  I'll be donating 10 inches of hair - one inch for each brain surgery Drew has endured.

At this particular event on May 10th, Drew's little brother Tyler will be shaving his head to honor his big brother and two of his friends battling cancer.

We are raising funds with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to support research that finds cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers, providing hope for children and families facing this fight.

Why? Because cancer is the #1 disease killer of kids. This is why I’m teaming up with St. Baldrick’s – the #1 charity funder of childhood cancer research grants – in their 25th year.

Another way to help would be to check out Drew's Crew's Linktree at https://linktr.ee/DrewsCrew

Thank you for your donation or any way you're willing to support Drew and his family as they face this once again.
