Can you think of anything more important than saving the life of a child?

I’m raising funds with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to support research that finds cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers, providing hope for children and families facing this fight.

Why?

Because cancer is the #1 disease killer of kids.

And St. Baldrick’s is the #1 charity funder of childhood cancer research grants – in their 25th year!

This event means a lot to us at Chiaravalle Montessori. We spend months preparing for it and look forward to the excitement of the day all year! This photo of me is from last year when I decided on the day of the event to shave my head! It was such a fun awesome experience! And it gave me a chance to feel what kids with cancer feel like walking around bald. People definitely treated me differently. But I mostly just got mistaken for a boy. And still sometimes do a whole year later! Which I think is very weird considering I even got my ears pierced.

This year, I have been on the planning committee and will help run the event the day of. Sadie and I had a flair party to make hair scrunchies to sell!

Your donation can help ensure that the next 25 years bring hope, progress, and cures for kids with cancer. Together, we can help save the lives of these brave children.

Thank you so very much for your donation!

Love,

Charlie
