I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research

As a nurse that works with children with cancer, many of whom who are enrolled on phase I and II clinical trials, every day I see firsthand the impact that research has on the treatment they receive. The bravery and resilience these children and their families exhibit truly cannot be matched. The funding that goes toward childhood cancer research pales in comparison to the funding for adults. Our kids deserve better. They deserve research dedicated to them and the unique cancers, side effects, and long-term effects they face.

St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that. Please help by donating to this cause that is so important to me. Any amount helps!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
