I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Kona

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Kona

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

20 years ago, my friend Joe Maierhofer and I decided to shave our heads to support St. Baldricks Foundation.  Joe has shaved his head for 20 straight years.  Although I have participated and donated to the great cause each year, I did not follow in Joe's path and have not shaved my head since the first time.

In celebration of Joe's 20-years of head shaving, I have agreed to once again shave my head.

Please join us in donating to this effort to Conquer Kids' Cancer and support our sand volleyball team (Team Kona).  Your donation not only supports the best research across the country battling kids' cancer but also improves Team Kona's seeding in our season ending tournament.

Thanks for your support!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
