I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cos Cob School

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

A challenge among friends 25 years ago has become the largest volunteer movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. This year, I’m joining thousands of others to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!

Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.

For me personally, the money that St. Baldrick's makes can help make a huge difference to some one very close to me.

My student Booth is currently battling, though if you popped into our PE class you'd have no idea. Shaving my head is a tiny act that I can do to support Booth, and the too many other kids who have to battle each day.

Support me and support Booth.

Thank You!!!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
