I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

A challenge among friends 25 years ago has become the largest volunteer movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. This year, I’m joining thousands of others to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!

I shave my head in honor of someone I know who is fighting cancer, not childhood cancer, but still cancer. By raising money, hopefully we will have a day where childhood cancer is extinct, which would hopefully lead to all cancer being extinct. This day would allow so many possible people who live in fear, that great opportunity of not having to worry.

Your gift, no matter how small, or even by sharing this page to others to donate, will help that day to be closer rather than further away. That day may not be tomorrow, or next year, or in 5 years, but hopefully we will all see that day.

Thank you for your support as we try to eliminate this illness that causes so many people and so many families pain every single day.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
