I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: BALD4KIDS

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: BALD4KIDS

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Maverick has decided to help kids that are battling cancer. He is showing his compassion by shaving his head when he has previously denied haircuts to grow it out as long as he could; like his dad. After hearing and reading stories of these suffering kids, he simply said, “I want to help”. This is a 7 year old boy with a heart of compassion and love for other kids. He is demonstrating a selfless act by shaving his grown out hair in hopes to reach his goal of donations. Please join him in physical support, by watching him at our shaving event, or financial support which will help the child we have selected to sponsor. Or both!! Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures. We thank you in advance for your support.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
