I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hey all! I'm James and the sweet little nugget in my arms is my daughter, Mary Ann (She isnt shaving, my girl is an Irish baby. It takes forever to get some hair on her as is)! I've been proud to be part of St. Baldrick's as a shavee, this is my fourth year shaving my head since 2017. I let it grow to about 2ft long then shave it to fundraise for this amazing cause while giving the hair to be made into wigs for children whose families can't afford them.

These children need our help more than anyone else, they are our future, our hope and our purpose. Since becoming a father, that mentality has only increased. Growing my hair out is the easy part, making sure the most is made of it for the little ones takes more work, but Lord knows it's worth every bit of effort!

Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.

Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer.

Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Together, let’s give these kids the lifetime they deserve. Thank you for your support, God bless you each and let's do everything we can for these gifts from above!
