Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?
This is my FOURTH year to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. Unfortunately, I know two kids that have had cancer. Landon’s best friend is now in remission. Unfortunately, my classmate gained her angel wings this summer. I am doing this for them and every other kid that has had to battle cancer. I know we can find a cure!
In the past three years, Landon and I have raised over $4,700 for this cause! Any amount will help with fund these research grants, hospitals, and the FIGHT AGAINST CANCER.
Thank you for supporting us with donations and all the kind words. We appreciate it!
After this year’s donations, we have now raised over $7,600 for St. Baldrick’s. We are so grateful for all of your love and support over the years helping raise money for life changing research.
Here are more details on St. Baldrick’s.
A challenge among friends 25 years ago has become the largest volunteer movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. This year, I’m joining thousands of others to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!
Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.
Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer.
Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
Together, let’s give these kids the lifetime they deserve. Thank you for your support!
