I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

After a year of not participating with St. Baldricks it feels good to be back. In 2022 we raised $9,287 for St Baldricks and the fight against pediatric cancer. For that reason, I have made the goal of $10,000 this year.

My connection with St Baldricks and other foundations started after I was told I was cancer free in 2016 after my battle with testicular cancer. I am now 8 years cancer free and it is because of great doctors and great treatment that I can say that. Through my own experience I know how difficult it is to fund the battle with cancer.

I'm one of the lucky ones and I can say I've had an amazing 32 years of life because of my amazing friends and family. These children have not been able to live life yet. They deserve to experience all the great things this world has to offer. It is because of my own experience that I feel the need to help in this great cause. On March 17th I will be shaving my head again to let these children know they are not alone and to raise money for childhood cancer research. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
