I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi! I’m Benjamin Alfieri. I am going to shave my head to help kids with

cancer. This is my second time shaving my head for this awesome cause. I’m proud to be a part of such an important mission. I love Hockey, writing stories and poems, and any other athletic activities. I wrote a limerick about St. Baldrick’s. Do you want to hear it?

I’m excited to sit in the chair

And have somebody shave all my hair

It’s for such a great cause

I’m not here for applause

Just donate and show that you care!

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

I think I’m really lucky to be a happy healthy kid. It isn’t fair that other kids don’t get to do the things I do, so I want to help in any way I can to end childhood cancer.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
