I wanted to start my message this year writing from the heart. My two little girls are the greatest gift I have ever received. The thought of childhood cancer is one of the scariest realities imaginable that so many families globally have to endure. Whatever I can do to help in this cause is an easy choice for me to make. So this year I am shooting for a "new high" fund raising goal. The last fund raiser we completed raised over $1800, this year I am shooting for $2,000!
I will be creating built in incentives again this year and will include pictures as I do!
At $500 raised, I will dye my hair BLONDE!
At $1000 raised, I will be dying my hair Pink or Purple, whichever my oldest daughter prefers the day of!
At $1500 I will add in a second color
If we hit $2,000 I will do a wacky hairdo Cold Water Plunge and include the video.
I am Realllly excited to make my hair turn crazy colors and have my students shave my head in our school program.
For all those that have donated along with me in years past, thank you so much. For all those new to my page, whatever amount you can spare is an incredible gift.
Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.
Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!
