Below is a FAQ that should be able to answer initial questions students may have.

Can the students buy a specific teacher? No, the students will receive a RANDOM card.

Can I choose what grade level teacher I get? No, the students can receive any staff member from any grade including SST's, Admin, etc.

Can students trade in cards for teachers they do not know or have? No, the students are free to trade with each other but can not get a refund or trade in cards for a different one.

Can I only buy one card? The students can buy as many cards as they donate (on the JMMS Cards St. Baldrick's website). Each card is a $2 donation. If a student donates $10, they will receive 5 random cards.

Can students donate cash or to the teacher? No cash donations are accepted. Student must follow the Google Slides in order to figure out how to donate properly.

What happens if I get a duplicate card? If you buy more than one card, we will lay them out for you on a table/counter. If you get a duplicate, we will give you the option to keep it or exchange it for another random card. Once you receive your cards, if you donate again and get a duplicate, you cannot trade that duplicate in. You may only exchange duplicates at the time you receive the cards, not at a later exchange.

Any questions about the event, please do not hesitate to reach out to MR. JONES (tcj2jc@jackson.sparcc.org) OR MR. FINCH (jaf2jc@jackson.sparcc.org)
