I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Maples & Balder

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Maples & Balder

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? To raise funds for childhood cancer research, which can save lives. I lost my brother in law, Richard, to a childhood type of brain cancer. When Richard was originally diagnosed we met with Hannah and her mom, who founded the Hannah's Heroes - The Big Shave, and were very motivated by their story and the great work of St. Baldrick's. I could find no better cause to support in eradicating childhood cancer. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!

Stephen
