Thank you for visiting my page!
My intro to the mission of St. Baldrick's came from casual conversation on a car ride to or from soccer practice many years ago. Cat's teammate Branagh shared that she had a sister that had been lost to cancer at a very young age. Her name was Kyra McMullan. Parents Lynn and Brian shared their story with me, and I have tried to find ways to support the cause ever since. That year I purchased these wristbands for the team to raise awareness of childhood cancer and support their teammate.
At our event, some folks will shave their heads – and others like me will keep the hair we have and put our hearts and efforts into supporting childhood cancer research through other fundraising avenues. Because what could be more important than saving the life of a child?
Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020.
Your gift will give kids hope by supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants.
Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you!
