I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Knights of Columbus 3788

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Recently, my father-in-law was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer. He passed away on March 9th, just before the Annual St. Baldrick’s event, which was so near and dear to his heart. This year would have been his 18th year participating. In his honor, I will be shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives. Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
