I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head!?!? My sister has breast cancer... and her son Brandon died at age 8 from brain cancer. My sister is an amazing human and parent. She has met each challenge life has thrown with grace and strength. Even now, during her own cancer struggle, she wanted me to choose a cause to help kids with cancer. Her son should be out of college, maybe married, maybe have kids. But we'll never know. Cancer stole him. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures. These kids are worth the loss of my hair and worth your donations. Please donate what you can--let's SMASH MY GOAL and help stop cancer from stealing childhood!!!

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
