“No one really knows how they become a Hemoc nurse, to say it’s a calling is almost taking away how amazing it is to be an oncology nurse for pediatric patients. We have taken care of all ages from 8 days old to 25! Let those numbers sink in! 8 and 25 and everything in between. We are shaving for our patients because they deserve every opportunity they can get in this life and if that means raising awareness and shaving our heads then we say Lets Do It! Anything for Los Niños!”

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.
Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.
Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!
