I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: SCFD

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: SCFD

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s?

I am shaving my head in honor of a brave young man, Joshua Solomon. I went to high school with his parents & as soon as I heard the news of this young man being diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (type of bone cancer) in 2013 there was no hesitation as to what I was going to do in order to help find a cure. This is when I was introduced to the amazing group of St. Baldricks.  Unfortunately, Joshua passed away in 2016 but, I will continue to fight in his honor.

Your gift will give kids hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. So please click the link and donate what you can to help.

Thank you all so much, I truly appreciate all your support, encouragement & donation.
