Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.

This will be my fourth (4th) time participating as a shavee in this event! In the past, I've done it in honor of my cousin, who really was like my older sister, Martika, who passed away. This year, I am honoring my neighbor, Jolene, who was diagnosed with a type of brain cancer, and Oneka who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

I am grateful for whatever you are able to contribute to this organization as they do such a marvelous job of helping kids, and families that have had their lives changed due to childhood cancer.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
