Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.
I choose to again Honor the short but impactful life of Zeke Dutcher, the Grandson of my dear Friends Dave and Alma Thomas. Who, unfortunately, lost his battle with cancer at just 3 years old. I never had the privilege of meeting Zeke but we prayed for him often during his battle. My wife still has the prayer card for Zeke in her bible, whenever she opens it she gets to see his smiling face. His smile reminds her that God is in control and that things could be way worse than the difficulty she is experiencing at that time. Zeke would be 12 years old. I don't want any family to have to feel the loss / emptiness of losing a child / grandchild.
Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.
Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!
